The next project category of PRO WORK is "Social Responsibility". Examples are; Development and implementation of a reintegration structure and methodology which provides a structural and sustainable reintegration into the regular labor market for a broad target group; sustainable development and institutional strengthening of the Surinamese reintegration for people with a distance to the labor market; allow everyone the opportunity to learn in a sheltered environment; the development of an integral (digital) tool for validation of prior learning and personal development; a competence based assessment framework designed for monitoring the progress of learners with special educational needs; workshops for reducing the generation gap between elderly and youngsters and talent development for possible drop-outs.
